Hailey Summer was invited by the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences (CARAS) to join their team as a Project Manager to support their work in putting on Canada’s biggest week in music: The JUNO Awards 2026. A highlighted task during JUNOs week was managing performer agreements for the JUNOs 2026 Broadcast. This included the agreements for: Joni Mitchell, Sarah McLachlan, Alison Russell, and Jully Black for Joni Mitchell’s tribute performance, Kardinal Offishall, Alessia Cara, Jully Black, Lido Pimienta, Shawn Desman, and Tanya Tagaq for Nelly Furtado’s tribute performance, RUSH, Cameron Whitcomb, Sofia Camara, William Prince, MICO, The Beaches, Arkells and Grouplove. Hailey also assisted in negotiating contracts for hotel properties in Hamilton on behalf of CARAS and secured accommodation for over 1000 people for the weekend including all major talent, labels, partners, nominees, and production staff.
